Connect-Force in Novi, MI, a growing industrial equipment manufacturer, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead custom machinery projects from concept to delivery. You will work with engineers, suppliers, and customers on engineering, manufacturing, and assembly to bring complex equipment to life.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the factory floor, strict scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, with travel as needed. PMP preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with custom machinery or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering, machine building, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead custom machinery projects from initial requirements through engineering, assembly, testing, and delivery.
• Develop schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables for successful execution.
• Manage multiple projects focusing on quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, assembly, and quality teams to resolve issues.
