Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead complex installations and Start-up activities, ensuring budget, time, and scope are met. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and field teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and service excellence within a collaborative culture. 3+ years of PM experience in technical settings and PMI certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in engineering/technical environments.
• Experience with building automation, fire/life-safety or AV systems preferred.
• PMI certification and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects from award to closeout within budget.
• Prepare installation plans, schedules, estimates and manage procurement.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction and ensure safety/quality.
• Communicate project status and documentation to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to meet deadlines and costs.
