Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to drive successful execution of customer projects, ensuring budget and schedule adherence while maximizing cash flow and client satisfaction. This role is customer-facing and supports the company’s mission to protect lives and assets with reliable building automation and security solutions.

You will work within a dynamic team, leveraging company values to deliver quality installations, safety, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a technical environment such as building automation, fire alarm, or security systems.
• Strong initiative, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements clearly to project teams and maintain accurate records for reports.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Establish project milestones and monitor costs; oversee subcontractor selection when needed.
