Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our on-site team in San Antonio, TX. You will oversee all project phases including planning, budgeting, procurement, and installation, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with engineering, field teams, and procurement to drive project success and timely close-out, maintaining strong client relationships and fiscal discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering, field service or project management experience.
• Associates degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMI certification preferred or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from award to closeout.
• Prepare installation plans, schedules; supervise subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services within budget.
• Ensure cost, time, and quality goals with safety focus.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regularly.
