Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety and quality across all assignments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years project management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
• Communicate project requirements to the team and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services for timely, cost-effective completion.
• Establish project milestones and monitor costs; oversee subcontractor selection as needed.
