Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead assigned projects from planning through close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and field installation while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with experience in a technical environment. On-site work in a dynamic team will drive project success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant engineering, field service or project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued up to $1M and coordinating procurement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned projects from planning to close-out.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and field installation.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction and ensure safety and quality.
• Develop project plans, track costs, and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to meet milestones.
