Qualifications

• PM experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, or security systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead and mentor.
• Proven ability to facilitate collaboration with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate project aspects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements to project team and maintain records.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services within budget.
• Establish milestones and analyze costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and potential managerial tasks.
