Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our Austin team. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, and/or electronic security).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate many aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion of project.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project implementation plans to meet Customer requirements.
• Effectively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization and maintain records of job status and changes.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls within budget and on time.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• May perform limited managerial responsibilities and oversee subcontractor selection.
