Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC seeks a full-time Project Manager in Meridian, MS to lead delivery of building automation, fire alarm and electronic security projects within budget and schedule, maximizing customer satisfaction and safety.

You will coordinate teams, translate client requirements into actionable plans, maintain records, and serve as the primary contact to ensure a high level of service. Strong PM experience in technical environments required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years project management experience in a technical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication; leadership orientation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple parties and manage client relationships.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and coordinate small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate client needs into detailed proposals and project plans.
• Communicate requirements to project team and maintain records.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors as needed.
• Establish milestones and analyze costs.
• Mentor and develop team members as appropriate.
