Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC in Meridian, MS, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while safeguarding quality and cash flow. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, translate client requirements into project plans, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes service excellence, safety, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years project management experience.
Experience in technical environments (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proactive problem solving and cost control.
Experience managing client relationships / communications.

Responsibilities

Manage, oversee, and coordinate many aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion of project.
Translate a variety of customer needs / requirements into detailed proposals and project implementation plans to meet Customer requirements.
Effectively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization and maintain accurate records of job status, changes, materials, and reports.
Act as our customer’s best service provider and ensure Convergint delivers exemplary service.
Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and controls for timely and cost-effective completion within budget.
Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
