Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC, a global services-based systems integrator, seeks an experienced Project Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will lead small to medium projects of moderate complexity, translating customer needs into detailed plans and coordinating cross-functional teams from award through completion.

Expect active stakeholder communication, budget oversight, and a focus on delivering safe, compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical projects including building automation, fire alarm and/or life-safety systems.
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem solving.
• Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
• Adaptability to changing situations and effectively influence others.
• Proven leadership with staff development and mentoring abilities.
• Financial analysis and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience in managing client communications and relationships.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate project aspects from award to completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and implementation plans.
• Communicate project requirements to teams and maintain records.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services within budget.
• Establish milestones and analyze costs; oversee subcontractors as needed.
