Ethereum Technologies in Missouri is seeking a senior program manager to lead end-to-end Java-based application development projects, driving planning, execution and delivery.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, QA and DevOps, define roadmaps and milestones, monitor metrics, and guide releases from planning to production while upholding Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Java-based application development programs.
• Strong planning, execution, tracking and delivery of complex programs.
• Collaboration with architects, developers, QA, DevOps and business teams.
• Proficient in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.

• Coordinate releases, deployments, and production support.
• Communicate status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships when required.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery efficiency.
