Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation in Missouri is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end Java-based application development programs. You will define roadmaps, milestones, and timelines, coordinate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams, and drive delivery in line with SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices.

Drive planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of complex technical programs

Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure alignment

Define roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and resource plans

Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively

Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum best practices, and quality standards

Oversee system design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making

Monitor delivery metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
