Ethereum Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale software and infrastructure initiatives from end-to-end. You will coordinate across Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, and Security, own program dashboards and milestones, and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.

The role requires deep understanding of SDLC, cloud and distributed systems, CI/CD, and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management (EPM/TPM).
• Strong experience leading complex, large-scale software or infrastructure initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, cloud/distributed systems, CI/CD, and release management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, and Security.
• Strong expertise in dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and program execution.
• Experience with executive communication, program dashboards, milestone tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to understand technical architecture, identify root causes, and drive solutions across multiple teams.

Job Description:
