Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for multiple Java-based application development projects


• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of complex technical programs


• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure alignment


• Define roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and resource plans


• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively


• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum best practices, and quality standards


• Oversee system design, architecture reviews, and technical decision‑making


• Monitor delivery metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks


• Coordinate releases, deployments, and production support


• Communicate status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders


• Manage vendor/partner relationships when required


• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery efficiency
