• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs tied to business outcomes, OKRs, and revenue goals.
• Partner with Customer, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Being a client POC should be helpful in generating more business.
• Translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps.
• Manage program-level risks, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions.
• Drive executive communication, including: program status, roadmap alignment, dependency and risk reporting.
• Customer Satisfaction factor.
• Ensure delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer impact.
• Improve program governance, planning cadence, and reporting standards.

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs tied to business outcomes, OKRs, and revenue goals
• Partner with Customer, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Being a client POC should be helpful in generating more business
