Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end AI initiatives, from discovery through MVP, production deployment, adoption, and value realization. You will bridge business and tech, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure AI solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee delivery metrics, and ensure governance, security, and Responsible AI practices while unlocking business value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology delivery initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale business, digital, software, infrastructure, cloud, AI, data, or transformation programs.
• Experience delivering cloud-based and on-premises solutions in integration-heavy environments.
• Experience end-to-end delivery ownership across scope, budget, quality, risks, stakeholders, and outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise clients in consulting, professional services, or SI environments.
• Practical experience with AI, GenAI, ML, Data & Analytics, Automation, or Digital Product initiatives.
• Experience scaling solutions from discovery and MVP to production deployment and adoption.
• Strong commercial mindset with forecasting, margins, and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, Automation, Data, and Cloud initiatives.
• Conduct discovery workshops and translate challenges into measurable delivery outcomes.
• Oversee MVP development, hypothesis testing, and iterative delivery cycles.
• Manage scope, plans, risks, budgets, profitability, forecasts, and commitments.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and clients to ensure feasible, viable solutions.
• Challenge assumptions, priorities, and designs to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance, Responsible AI, governance, and readiness.
• Drive executive stakeholder communication, decisions, and expectation management.
• Promote AI-driven delivery practices across planning, development, testing, and reporting.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, accelerators, and governance frameworks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and successful client outcomes to support growth.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology delivery initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business, digital, software, infrastructure, cloud, AI, data, or transformation programs.
• Experience delivering both cloud-based and on-premises solutions, including integration-heavy enterprise environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery ownership across scope, budget, quality, risks, stakeholders, and business outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environments.
• Practical experience with AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Automation, or Digital Product initiatives.
• Experience scaling solutions from discovery and MVP through production deployment and operational adoption.
• Strong commercial mindset and experience managing forecasts, margins, delivery economics, and change requests.
• Experience working with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable enterprise AI platforms is preferred rather than mandatory.
