  • Clutch 5.0 from satisfied customers!

  • Products we helped build were later acquired!

  • A highly experienced team, with in-house PhDs and most senior engineers.

  • Work at the technological frontier:

    • An actively developed internal AI harness with access to leading models.

    • Infrastructure for experimenting with local models but don’t worry, we haven’t lost our heads and gone all-in on tokenmaxxing :)

The role

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take ownership of project delivery across our portfolio, support our PMs, and make sure projects run smoothly from kickoff to completion.

This role combines portfolio-level oversight with hands‑on involvement in key projects and challenging situations. You’ll work closely with PMs, technical leads, clients, and leadership to make sure teams have a realistic plan, clients know what to expect, and problems are resolved before they escape.

If you understand technology, project finances, and client needs, and enjoy turning potential delivery issues into clear decisions and actions, this role is for you.

What you’ll do
  • Take ownership of project delivery and outcomes, including scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and profitability.

  • Support and coordinate Project Managers - set priorities, provide feedback, help with difficult decisions, and ensure agreed actions are followed through.

  • Work with PMs and technical leads on team allocation, capacity, assignments, and upcoming resource needs, using Primetric to proactively identify gaps and risks.

  • Coordinate and review project estimates, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and ensure a smooth handover from Sales to Delivery.

  • Build strong client relationships, handle difficult conversations around scope, timelines, budgets, and team changes, and make sure delivery issues are resolved.

  • Work with Sales and technical teams to identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships where there is a genuine business need.

  • Improve delivery processes, reporting, documentation, and project standards, using AI and automation where they can reduce manual work or improve quality.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience managing multiple software projects and working directly with clients, ideally in a software house, technology company, or IT consulting environment.

  • Experience supporting or managing Project Managers or team leads, including priorities, resources, and difficult delivery decisions.

  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of project finances, profitability, capacity planning, and team utilization, with practical knowledge of T&M and Fixed Price models.

  • Experience overseeing project estimations and pricing, ensuring that they are aligned with project scope, team composition, timelines, and profitability.

  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset - you identify risks early, challenge unrealistic assumptions, and make sure issues are resolved.

  • Confidence in difficult client conversations, negotiation, and managing expectations.

  • Practical understanding of AI and automation and how they can improve software delivery, with attention to quality and security.

  • Excellent Polish (C2) and English (C1+) communication skills and confidence in business conversations.

What we offer
  • 18 000 - 24 000 PLN net + VAT monthly, B2B

  • 100% remote setup and flexible hours

  • Private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport

  • Referral bonuses

  • Equipment (MacBook by default)

  • Interesting, challenging projects - we only take on the ones we believe in :-)
