Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. seeks an experienced AI/ML lead to design, develop, and scale end-to-end AI applications.

You will prototype PoCs, deliver production-grade AI solutions, and build agentic AI systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related tools. Strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and English fluency are required. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into practical AI solutions, ensure compliance and security, and mentor the team on best practices in AI

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying Machine Learning or AI solutions in production.
• Experience in developing scalable systems and production-ready applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
• Strong AI/ML system design skills, including model selection, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Practical cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions from idea through PoC to scalable product.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
