Job summary

Personal Consulting Agency is seeking a Senior AI/ML Architect to design, develop and scale end-to-end AI applications for enterprise clients. You will prototype, validate, and deliver AI use cases from concept to production, building Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, MCP, and related technologies.

You will integrate AI solutions with vector databases, APIs, and cloud platforms, explore new tools, and create PoCs to prove business value.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying Machine Learning or AI solutions in production.
• Experience developing scalable systems and production-ready applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
• Strong AI/ML system design skills, including model selection, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Practical cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions from idea through PoC to scalable product.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
