Job summary

Talent Connect Protocol is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare AI startup in Austin to hire a Project Manager who will support client delivery and drive technology implementations from planning through launch. The role sits at the center of day-to-day execution, coordinating across internal Product, Engineering, AI, and client teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable handling multiple workstreams, and takes ownership of timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in project management, implementation, client delivery, consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience managing technology, SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software projects.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile development, UAT, software releases, and implementation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items across multiple client implementations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
• Own project tracking and documentation through tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, and Google Workspace or similar
• Lead project meetings, capture decisions and next steps, and ensure owners follow through on commitments
• Identify risks, blockers, and delays early and escalates appropriately
• Support UAT, issue tracking, release readiness, and implementation activities

This role will sit at the center of day-to-day project execution, coordinating across internal Product, Engineering, AI, and client teams.
