Job summary

evoke is hiring a Founding Technical Project Manager in New York on-site to sit in the Office of the CTO and act as the operational right hand. You will own delivery across the engineering org, plan cross-team projects, and create lightweight sprint and release-tracking processes.

You’ll translate technical progress into business impact for board and investor updates, while prioritizing work and enabling executives to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in technical project management, program management, or engineering operations.

We're partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI HealthTech startup founded by experienced serial entrepreneurs, building AI-powered automation tools that are transforming operational workflows across healthcare providers.

They are now hiring a Technical Project Manager to sit in the Office of the CTO and act as their operational right hand. This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution, cross-functional alignment, and executive leverage - owning delivery across the full engineering organization while creating leverage for technical leadership.

You'll own planning and execution of cross-team engineering projects, build lightweight processes for sprint planning and release tracking, and serve as the CTO's filter for prioritization and follow-through - while also preparing materials that translate technical progress into business impact for board and investor updates.

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or engineering operations
• Strong technical literacy - able to engage with engineers on architecture, infrastructure, and product design
