Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Technical Lead for Tekion to guide technical and functional discovery for dealership clients in the Charlotte area. The role includes analyzing root causes, scoping support projects, and owning the escalation path to Tekion.

You will work with the Growth team to create estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs). Required are 4 years of experience with dealership management systems (DMS), preferably Tekion, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Lead technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients.
• Own escalation path to Tekion and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Growth to translate discovery into estimates and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients.
• Sort issues into training, configuration, workflow, integration, data, or product defect.
• Reproduce and document customer issues.
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Develop deployment strategies and toolkits for consistent service delivery.
• Support post-implementation engagements.
• Maintain knowledge base of recurring issues and solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies.
