Job summary

CLA is seeking a Technical Lead – Tekion to drive technical and functional discovery for dealership clients. You will identify root causes, scope support and remediation projects, and serve as CLA's Tier 1 resource while guiding escalation to Tekion.

The role requires 4 years of experience with DMS ( Tekion preferred) and a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Accounting or related field. Tekion certification and willingness to travel are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), Tekion preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Accounting, CS, IT, or related field preferred.
• Travel may be required; Tekion platform certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery for dealership clients to understand needs.
• Document issues and scope corrective actions, estimates, and SOWs.
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Develop deployment strategies and toolkits for consistent service delivery.
• Support Tekion dealership clients and maintain a knowledge base of issues and solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies.
