Hello Patient is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own execution of complex customer deployments, interfacing with customers, AI Product Management, Engineering, and Account Management to ensure fast moves, alignment, and successful launches. You’ll translate requirements into execution plans and manage technical workstreams across teams.

You’ll work onsite in Austin, coordinate blockers, and drive deployment readiness for some of our largest customers, building scalable deployment

Qualificações

• 4+ years in technical project/ Program management or enterprise implementations.
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS deployments involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong PM skills: timelines, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systems.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver customer solutions.
• Ownership mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Austin, Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Own coordination of complex customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
• Drive cadence with weekly updates and status reporting across internal teams.
• Identify blockers and ensure teams stay aligned toward launch goals.
• Manage multiple deployments simultaneously with a high bar for execution and customer experience.
• Partner with AI Product Management, Engineering, and Account Management to coordinate delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical workstreams and execution plans.
• Set up and configure telephony systems and agent campaigns for deployments.
