Job summary

Optura.AI is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery across healthcare deployments, acting as the single point of accountability from kickoff to steady state. You'll coordinate Forward Deployed Engineers, Platform & Infrastructure, Strategy, and Sales to align scope, schedule, and value realization while maintaining credibility with executives and customers in complex, regulated environments.

Role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to translate technical

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management or delivery management
• Customer-facing owner of delivery timelines for enterprise deployments
• Experience with system integrations, security reviews, and external stakeholders
• Familiar with delivery tooling like Smartsheet, Notion, Slack

Responsibilities

• Translate signed scope into an initial delivery plan and kickoff deck.
• Own technical discovery with engineers and capture current-state environment.
• Maintain living onboarding briefs: architecture, integration points, constraints.
• Build end-to-end deployment schedules across concurrent programs.
• Manage readiness gates and replan when blockers occur.
• Run daily cadence with engineers and report progress to leadership.
• Drive accountability across IT teams and partners without friction.
• Lead architecture reviews and translate outcomes for stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT and go-live readiness and hand off to support.
• Communicate deployment complexity to executives clearly.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive durable fixes in tooling/process.
