Projects commonly include ISP procurement, network hardware upgrades (firewalls, switches, access points), and limited server-related tasks. This role prioritizes communication skills. The Technical Project Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborates closely with Tier 3 Network and Server Engineers, Purchasing, Account Management, and Leadership teams. Coordinators typically maintain a workload of approximately 30 active service tickets.
