Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Technical Project Buyer in Appleton, WI to drive sourcing for technical components on large industrial projects. You will partner with Project Managers, Engineers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost control.

The role focuses on procurement, supplier management and project coordination to support manufacturing and assembly teams. Candidates should read technical drawings, negotiate terms and monitor supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a project-driven manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Drive Innovation as a Technical Project Buyer

Location: Appleton WI | Payrate: $24/hour | Schedule: 1st shift 8am to 5pm

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Technical Project Buyer to support an industry-leading organization delivering innovative process technology and automation solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensure the successful sourcing and delivery of critical technical components for large-scale industrial projects.

Your expertise in procurement, supplier management, and project coordination will directly impact project success, supply chain performance, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
