  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination and project status meetings.
  • Maintain clear traceability between technical requirements and facility project deliverables.
  • Identify and monitor risks, dependencies, execution gaps, and schedule constraints.
  • Drive accountability for action items and milestone commitments.
  • Maintain structured project documentation and decision records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support performance recovery planning when projects encounter challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen project management processes, business systems, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to interpret, manage, and synthesize complex technical information.
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to ask precise, effective clarifying questions.
  • Experience coordinating with engineering, facilities, and/or infrastructure teams.
  • Financial tracking experience, including EAC/ETC, capital, and expense funding.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the discipline to work independently.
  • Ability to take direction and execute effectively while respecting established technical authority.
