Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its Technical Solutions organization. You will lead and support cross-functional programs that empower customer-facing teams to work more effectively, from planning through delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a data-driven mindset, and comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows. A hybrid work model and collaborative culture are featured.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading technical programs in a SaaS or technical environment.
• PMP, Agile training, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Data-driven with ability to track metrics and guide decisions.
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative and adaptable in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of cross-team programs across Technical Solutions teams from kickoff to delivery.
• Translate program goals into actionable plans with clear scope and timelines.
• Establish and maintain project trackers, status updates, and risk logs for visibility.
• Identify unclear requirements and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Use data to track milestones and guide decisions; adjust plans as needed.
• Apply AI tools to streamline program management workflows and reporting.
• Communicate program status, risks, and impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Seek opportunities to improve how programs and processes run to boost efficiency.
