Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading technical programs in SaaS or technical environments.
• Experience supporting customer-facing or technical support functions is a plus.
• Proven ability to scope, plan, and manage risks in cross‑team initiatives.

• Drive cross‑team programs across Technical Solutions teams, coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
• Translate goals into actionable plans with clear scope and quality expectations.
• Maintain program management fundamentals: trackers, status updates, risk logs.
• Identify unclear requirements and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Use data to track milestones, surface risks, and guide decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and documentation.
• Communicate status and impact clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Suggest improvements to make execution more efficient over time.
