Datadog seeks a Director of Technical Program Management to lead the TSO PMO, shaping how Technical Solutions operates at scale. You will run a multi-disciplinary team, align programs to measurable business outcomes, and build scalable capabilities across the organization.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows, improve stakeholder relationships, and mentor senior TPMs to operate with independence and high standards in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large, cross-functional programs at senior levels with VP/Director stakeholders.
• Systems builder with operating models, playbooks & reference frameworks.
• Autonomously executive-ready—decisive under ambiguity and capable of VP-level conversations.
• Experience applying AI as an operational tool for capability shifts beyond productivity gains.
• Developer of senior talent who raises the bar for program management.
• Outcome-oriented and metric-driven with clear success criteria and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Run the PMO as a business impact function with measurable outcomes.
• Build cross-functional capabilities that scale across TS.
• Define scope, sequencing, ownership and success metrics for programs.
• Represent TSO in executive forums and drive decisions with stakeholders.
• Identify and build AI-enabled workflows to reduce friction in planning and execution.
• Develop the TPM team and raise execution quality and accountability.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to extend TSO's reach.
