Qualifications

• 2–5 years of program management experience leading large-scale conferences or technical programs.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and building relationships.
• Data-driven approach to program management with ability to build workflows and estimation models.

Responsibilities

• Grow Datadog's presence at AI and Developer events and identify opportunities for meetups and sponsorships.
• Plan technical programming for AI or developer events Datadog hosts or sponsors.
• Support AI and developer content at global events such as DASH and the annual conference.
• Track deadlines and deliverables for content and events, coordinating with vendors and procurement as needed.
• Identify and resolve risks and blockers for the event program.
• Maintain internal tools and public website for event agenda and speaker content.
• Own onsite speaker experience for internal and customer speakers.
• Coordinate rehearsals, staffing, and onsite operations.
• Collaborate closely with Community teams, external stakeholders, and leadership.
• Create and refine processes; focus on continual improvements and automation.
• Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact across teams.
