Canopy A&D in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams from concept to production. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

The role includes front-end program development, capture work, and translating customer needs into executable programs. You will engage with prospective customers to shape opportunities and drive program success,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years in technical program management with ownership
• Experience with launch vehicles, missile systems, TPS, composites
• Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary engineering products
• Ability to lead joint programs across internal and external partners
• CAD experience for engineering collaboration
• Strong background in thermal control, vibration isolation, or radar absorption
• Experience with risk management, milestones, KPI tracking, and planning tools
• Excellent documentation and executive communication skills

Responsabilités

• Align cross-functional teams on program goals, timelines and deliverables
• Serve as primary tech liaison for customers and translate feedback
• Represent technical content to internal and external stakeholders
• Support proposals and business capture by defining requirements and budgets
• Coordinate joint development across affiliated companies and units
• Support technical execution to meet objectives and timelines
• Identify and mitigate program risks with contingency plans
• Track progress with KPIs, dashboards and budgets
• Provide data-driven insights and technical context to leadership
• Support development and qualification of thermal protection materials
• Travel to customer sites and partners as needed
