Job summary

Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex thermal product and system development programs from concept through qualification and transition to production.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and apply systems engineering to integrate hardware and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, Thermal or related engineering.
• 5+ years experience in engineering, hardware development, or technical program management, preferably aerospace.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering or hardware development projects.
• Knowledge of hardware development lifecycles, systems engineering principles, and qualification processes.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex thermal product and subsystem development programs from concept through qualification and production handoff.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor program performance against schedule, cost, technical, and quality objectives; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as primary program contact for customers, internal engineering teams, and suppliers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables.
• Plan and facilitate program milestones and technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, QTR).
• Oversee prototype builds, testing, qualification, and transition to production.
• Apply systems engineering for requirements management, integration, configuration control, and risk-based decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and cross-functional collaboration.
