Augmodo is seeking a pragmatic Technical Program Manager to own large-scale retail deployments, coordinating hardware, firmware, CV pipelines, and store logistics across partner networks.

You will understand system architecture well enough to evaluate design trade-offs, earn engineering trust, and provide customers with clear visibility into complex rollouts without writing code.

Collaborate across engineering, product, ops, and customer success to ensure successful, scalable rollouts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing technical programs or complex rollouts.
• Experience with metrics-driven cadences (weekly reviews).
• Ability to evaluate front-end, back-end, cloud, and CV trade-offs without coding.

Responsibilities

• Own Partner Deployments: Lead the technical plan to scale spatial AI across hundreds of stores per partner.
• Own the Plan: Maintain a single technical plan spanning CV, hardware, and software - the source of truth for milestones, status, and dependencies.
• Drive Repeatable Rigor: Break rollouts into actionable, tracked steps with clear owners and status; measure quality and speed.
• System Architecture Fluency: Participate in design discussions across CV, front-end, and back-end systems; identify over-engineered solutions.
• Flex Where Needed: Adapt quickly to fill operational gaps across engineering, product, ops, and customer success.
