Job summary

Augmodo is seeking a pragmatic Technical Program Manager to own technical rollouts across our retail partner portfolio, from pilot to hundreds of stores. You will manage deployment plans end-to-end, coordinating hardware, firmware, CV pipelines, file deliverables, and store logistics.

You don't need to write code, but you must understand system architecture to evaluate trade-offs, earn engineering trust, and give customers a clear view into complex rollouts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing technical programs or complex rollouts.
• Architectural depth across front-end, back-end, cloud, and CV.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs to customers.
• Experience coordinating hardware/firmware hand-offs and on-site logistics.
• Ability to create structured technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Own Partner Deployments: scale deployments across hundreds of stores per partner, coordinating end-to-end logistics.
• Own the Plan: maintain the single technical plan per program spanning CV, hardware, and software.
• Drive Repeatable Rigor: define metrics, cadence, owners, and status to ensure quality and speed.
• System Architecture Fluency: participate in design trade-offs across CV, front-end, and back-end systems.
• Flex Where Needed: fill operational gaps across engineering, product, ops, and customer success.
