Job summary

Augmodo is seeking a pragmatic Technical Program Manager to own technical rollouts across our retail partner portfolio, scaling deployments from pilot to hundreds of stores. You will manage deployment plans end-to-end, coordinating hardware, firmware, CV pipelines, file deliverables, and store logistics.

You don't need to write code, but you must understand system architecture well enough to evaluate design trade-offs, earn engineering trust, and give customers a clear view into complex

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing technical programs or complex software-hardware deployments.
• Strong grasp of system design (front-end, back-end, cloud, computer vision) to evaluate trade-offs.
• Proven ability to create structured, actionable rollout plans.
• Comfort coordinating hardware/firmware hand-offs and on-site logistics with retail partners.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs for non-technical customers using clear language.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical plan to scale deployments across partner stores, including hardware, firmware, software deliverables, and on-site setup.
• Author and maintain a single technical plan per program covering CV, hardware, and software.
• Break complex rollouts into measurable, actionable steps with clear ownership and cadence.
• Engage in design and architecture discussions across CV, front-end, and back-end systems.
• Adapt to fill operational gaps across engineering, product, and customer success.
