Job summary

Augmodo is seeking a highly organized Solutions Program Manager to own the operational success of strategic retailer programs. This role serves as the central hub for Customer Success and the interface with Sales and Technical teams, ensuring priorities are understood, routed, and delivered with speed.

You will drive program outcomes by managing timelines, removing blockers, and maintaining clear communication with enterprise customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to plan projects, manage timelines, and drive cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, translating customer requirements into engineering tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resolves project blockers.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between Customer Success and Technical teams.
• Build and maintain a live tracker of open items and share status with stakeholders.
• Coordinate badge and hardware installation logistics with teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS and Product to define KPIs and timelines.
• Facilitate technical communications and requirements gathering.
• Own the program timeline from kick-off to close and ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule lab and store installs with Infrastructure Team and CS.
• Gather customer inputs: planograms, images, reference data.
• Initiate data collection workflows and manage dependencies.
• Lead weekly internal customer team meetings; set agenda and decisions.
• Escalate blockers to decision makers when cross-team needs.
