Decagon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the delivery of our most complex customer deployments and to drive cross-functional programs that enable enterprise readiness. You will work with APM, Engineering, Product, Research, Security, Legal, and Go-to-Market to translate requirements into executable programs and surface blockers before they become issues.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience as a technical program manager or in product/engineering operations with ownership of complex deployments.
• Track record delivering high-stakes customer implementations or large-scale internal cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to drive programs without direct authority and coordinate multiple workstreams end-to-end.
• Structured approach to ambiguity with ability to define scope and manage dependencies.
• Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering teams and translate technical needs into business terms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across customers, engineering leads, and executives.
