Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program management experience, ideally with hardware or IoT deployments.
• Comfort in hands-on, on-site work and field problem solving.
• Ability to speak the language of engineers, field teams, and stakeholders, translating between them.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment workflow end-to-end—from the deployment app to getting hardware live at a customer site.
• Define “best-in-class” deployment and build repeatable tools and processes for scale.
• Collaborate with mobile (iOS/Android) and firmware teams to shape deployment app experiences.
• Work with Professional Services to gather field feedback and improve deployments.
• Travel to customer sites to observe deployments and bring insights back to product.
