Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across product stages and engineering teams in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

You’ll own end-to-end program planning from discovery through delivery, identify risks, and coordinate across time zones while maintaining momentum. The role partners with engineering leadership to improve governance, scale practices, and ensure predictable, high‑impact delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working, including how engineering teams plan, build, and ship.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–3 strategic technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams and product stages, ensuring clear scope, priorities, and outcomes.
• Partner with engineering leaders and stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and milestones for cross-functional initiatives.
• Own end-to-end program planning and execution from discovery through delivery, measurement, and retrospectives.
• Drive asynchronous collaboration using handbook-first documentation to keep global teams aligned.
• Identify risks and blockers early, coordinate resolution across teams, and escalate as needed to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate working group meetings and async discussions to support decision-making and trade-offs.
• Track program health through metrics, dashboards, and status updates for visibility across the Engineering Division.
