Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our PMO. You will own end-to-end technical initiatives across development teams and business functions, translating ambiguous requirements into actionable roadmaps and timelines.

You’ll coordinate priorities across multiple teams, manage risks, and report with clear governance in a remote-first, Germany-based setup. You’ll work with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools, report to the Head of Strategy Execution

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical project or program management within software development or technical delivery organisations.
Proven end-to-end delivery ownership of cross-functional initiatives with multiple parallel workstreams.
Strong experience in stakeholder and escalation management.
High ownership and composure in environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
Confident use of PM tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience in cloud, hosting or IT infrastructure environments, plus agile scaling/PMO/portfolio management (a plus).
A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable qualification.
Professional fluency in English; German language skills and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, PSM) are a plus.
