You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate objectives into executable plans, drive roadmap execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery at scale.

This remote role emphasizes governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of development velocity.

• Strong stakeholder alignment and governance skills.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for roadmaps, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional product and technology initiatives from concept through launch and adoption.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
• Help define and operationalize processes that improve product development velocity and predictability.
• Collaborate with Product Management to support roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery sequencing.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Customer-facing teams.
• Drive accountability for deliverables while maintaining focus on customer impact and business value.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to understand architecture, platform investments, and technical dependencies.
• Build executive-level visibility into program health, roadmap progress, risks, and key decisions.
