Job summary

Benchmark Electronics is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in Minnesota, Rochester to lead development teams for multi-site projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will act as the primary liaison for development programs, generating proposals, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and driving continuous improvement across the program life cycle.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Science (EE or ME) preferred.
• 3–8 years of program management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary day-to-day contact for development programs and customers.
• Leads design and transition activities across sites to meet requirements.
• Develops proposals, bids, and market-competitive pricing.
• Coordinates with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manages program budget, scope changes, and risk.
• Monitors financial performance and reports weekly.
