Qualifications

• 4+ years of electronics manufacturing experience; contract manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years mentoring others.
• Knowledgeable in processes to fully support a shift without additional support.
• Ability to use any equipment required in the functioning of the work center.
• Communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats.
• Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to drive solutions to planning issues with direction from management.
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify workmanship and material defects by sight.
• Ensure others perform tasks with care to minimize loss of time and material.
• Ensure team members follow work instructions and customer specifications.
• Respond to written and verbal direction.
• Monitor individual work habits and performance.
• Provide feedback to Operators to improve quality.
• Lead process improvement efforts to continually improve product quality and output.
