Job summary

Jobtailor in Holmdel, NJ is seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead complex law technology initiatives that align with critical business priorities, from intake through steady-state support. You will partner with Law department stakeholders, vendor teams, and technology groups to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology program management, technology delivery, product delivery, business transformation, or related role.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, workflow automation, integration-heavy programs, data/reporting initiatives, or AI-enabled technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, budgets, delivery teams, dependencies, issues, project status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with architects, engineers, security, data, and platform teams.
• Experience developing program plans, business cases, roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, dependency trackers, financial updates, and executive steering materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority across matrixed organizations.

Job description

• Translate approved priorities into executable project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery activities
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans aligning business requirements, technical workstreams, vendor deliverables, and program milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders including product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, cybersecurity, data, QA, change management, training, and support teams
• Manage project controls including schedules, RAID logs, dependency registers, action items, decision tracking, and financial reporting
• Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, statement-of-work alignment, issue escalation, quality metrics, and project reporting
• Coordinate architecture, information security, privacy, records, and data reviews and approvals

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology program management, technology delivery, product delivery, business transformation, or related role
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, workflow automation, integration-heavy programs, data/reporting initiatives, or AI-enabled technology delivery
• Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship

• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Lean Six Sigma, or similar
• Preferred: Experience supporting Law, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, or Regulatory functions for Financial Services or other highly regulated functions
