Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Global Audit Platforms initiative. You will oversee cross-functional teams across product, UX, architecture, engineering, methodology, operations, deployment, and change management, guiding the program from strategy to delivery.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage governance and risks, and drive value through agile planning, vendor coordination, and milestone tracking in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of program management, product delivery, consulting, technology transformation, or related experience.
Experience leading large-scale global enterprise technology programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software development.
Experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development and deployment of Global Audit Platforms and cross-functional roadmaps.
Manage delivery across PM, UX, architecture, engineering, methodology, operations, deployment, and change management teams.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, risks, assumptions, and decision logs.
Establish governance mechanisms and executive reporting processes.
Drive execution against strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
Coordinate pilots, user feedback, readiness activities, and deployment planning.
Support platform adoption through change management and training teams.
Monitor vendor performance and manage strategic delivery partners and contracts.
Escalate and resolve issues affecting scope, cost, or schedule.

Job description

Lead development and deployment of RSM’s Global Audit Platforms
Lead complex cross-functional workstreams supporting the Global Audit Platform roadmap
Manage delivery across product management, user experience, architecture, engineering, methodology, operations, deployment, and change management teams
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and decision logs
Establish governance mechanisms and executive reporting processes
Drive execution against strategic objectives, timelines, budget expectations, and quality targets
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders
Coordinate priorities across Assurance, Digital Solutions, Global Methodology, Operations, Quality Management, and member firms
Facilitate executive steering committees, program reviews, workshops, and decision forums
Manage strategic delivery partners and vendors
Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, deliverables, and milestones
Escalate and resolve issues affecting scope, quality, cost, or schedule
Support Agile roadmap, PI, program increment, release planning, and MVP prioritization
Track cross-team dependencies and mitigate program risks
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and operating models
Partner with change management and training teams to support platform adoption
Coordinate pilots, user feedback, readiness activities, and deployment planning
Support communications, leadership updates, stakeholder engagement, and transition to future-state platform capabilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of program management, product delivery, consulting, technology transformation, or related experience
Proven experience leading large-scale global enterprise technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software development
Experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively within fast-paced transformation environments
Location near an RSM US office location
Domestic and international travel required
Sponsorship is not available for entry-level candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred: Experience within professional services, accounting, audit, risk advisory, or financial services organizations
Preferred: Familiarity with external/statutory audit processes, engagement lifecycle management, or compliance-driven workflows
Preferred: Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS platforms
Preferred: Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow orchestration, process transformation, or digital platform initiatives
Preferred: PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certification
