Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Technology Partner Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of AI/ML and data platform partners. You will drive joint product roadmaps, co-market and co-sell initiatives, and measure impact through joint business plans and revenue outcomes.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to unlock partner-led growth in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment. This role requires deep partner management and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, partner management, or business development at a software, cloud, or SaaS company.
• Experience managing the full partnership lifecycle including technical/product collaboration, marketing programs, and sales/co-sell motions.
• Comfortable working with technical products; able to translate integration architectures into clear business value for marketing and sales audiences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and data platform ecosystem (LLM providers, vector databases, data warehouses, data pipeline and orchestration tools).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Strong program and project management skills; juggle multiple partner relationships with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong partner-facing and enablement materials.
• Strong analytical mindset to use data for strategic partnership decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and executive-level relationship management skills; proactive and self-starting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end partner relationship for a portfolio of AI/ML and Data Platform tech partners across product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Partner with Datadog Product and Engineering teams to identify and drive joint integration roadmaps; ensure timely launches and ongoing improvements.
• Design and execute joint marketing programs including webinars, blog posts, case studies, launch campaigns, and events.
• Build and execute go-to-market and co-sell plans with Datadog channel and sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Track partnership commitments, joint business plans, and success metrics; report on pipeline and revenue impact.
