Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large-sized projects.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define program requirements.
• Engage with various stakeholders to define project vision.
• Support program planning activities.
• Oversee program-level change management.
• Develop documentation to support customer acceptance.
• Act as facilitator for project team members.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Deliver training to customers.
• Mentor junior project managers.
